Neil previously held senior commercial appointments across Europe. His experience is in both the Aviation and Maritime domains with an emphasis on robotics. He is a consultant for the Aerospace manufacturer Schiebel and the Drone Major Group. He is on the ISO WG3 (responsible for drone development) and is a member of the Guild of Air Pilots Technical Committee. Neil previously held the position of CEO at the UMS Group in Switzerland, and Head of Business Development at Babcock Aerospace in the UK. Neil formerly served as a senior British Royal Naval officer and helicopter pilot.
